Moles are divided into 2 types: beningn melanocytic nevus dan cancer (melanoma). Diagnosis criteria for melanoma have to fullfil  ABCDE rules:

- Assimetry: if we draw the line in the center of mole, the mole is assimetry

- Border: unsharp border with normal skin

- Colour: there are more than 2 colours in one mole

- Diameter: diameter of the mole more than 0,6 mm

- Evolution: the progression of diameter dan mole are fast

If the mole is suspicious become cancer, the next step is dermocopy examinatian must be done. After that, we suggest to do the biopsy for histopathological examination.

Based on three pictures. First dan second pictures do not fullfill  the criteria of melanoma. The third picture is assimetry, but is not enough to diagnose cancer/melanoma. I suggest you to go to nearest Dermatologist to do dermoscopy examination.
